Donation Request

Commitment to community is part of the culture at Heidelberg and our family of companies. Please make sure you give us as much detail as possible in this request form. Liquor laws prohibit donations of alcohol beverages. (If your organization’s event is being held at a location with a liquor license, you may be able to get help from the retailer on the price of beer and wine.) There also are State regulations regarding sponsorship of events.

Due to the many donation requests we receive each year, we must limit our considerations. To apply for a donation you must fill out the form below.
